Natoya is one of our team leaders with HGS Jamaica. She has been with us for over 4 years now. She shares with us her experience of working in HGS.
HGS: How has the journey been so far?
Natoya: The journey has been great! I started as an advocate and gradually moved up the ladder being an escalations agent and then a quality analyst. Currently, I’m a team leader, and I love taking on the day to day challenges and learning new ways to overcome them.
HGS: What motivates you?
Natoya: My son motivates me to come to work while my drive for excellence inspires me to do better every day.
HGS: What about HGS do you love most?
Natoya: Working here is fun, and being with people who feel like a family makes it even better. I have never felt like an outsider from day one. Also, my work is fun and engaging, whether it is dealing with escalations, liaising with clients, or coaching and supporting agents.
