To lead a development team, provide technical guidance, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Technical leads are responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of a project and mentoring team members.

Job Description:

Education:  Graduate or a bachelor's degree in computer software engineering, computer science, or mathematics  or any other equivalent degree.

Experience:  3 - 5 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead a development team, providing technical guidance and oversight.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements.

  • Make technical decisions and ensure adherence to coding standards.

  • Mentor and coach team members.

  • Participate in high-level architecture and design discussions.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Expertise in Manual Testing (Web/Mobile Applications)
  • Awareness of Latest Web and Mobile Technology Trends
  • Planning and Documentation (Test Plan, Test Cases, User Manuals)
  • Cross-Browser Testing Skills, Different Device Testing Skills
  • Good Reporting and Communication skills
  • Perform Software Testing, Smoke Testing, Regression Testing
  • Identify defects, prioritize and track issues, and report test results to the development team
  • Knowledge of Automation Testing Tools (Selenium web driver, JMeter) will be an added advantage 
  • Quick to learn

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands on experience with front-end or back-end frameworks

  • Knowledge of software architecture principles

  • Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL)

  • Familiarity with software testing principlesInterest in application support or testing methodologies.

  • Experience with agile methodologies

  • Knowledge of software design patterns

  • Mentorship and coaching abilities
