We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Senior Enterprise Applications Leader to drive digital transformation, enterprise system modernization, and operational efficiency across our organization. This role will be responsible for leading large-scale enterprise application strategies, optimizing business processes, and ensuring seamless technology adoption while aligning with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Application Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for enterprise applications to support organizational goals and growth.
- Lead enterprise application modernization and advocate for innovative technologies.
- Lead large-scale digital transformation projects, driving innovation and aligning technology initiatives with the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Coordinate cross-business and shared service strategies to ensure alignment and integration of enterprise applications across all functions, maximizing operational synergies.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and risk management.
System Management & Optimization:
- Oversee the operations of core enterprise systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
- Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Implement best practices for system scalability, integration, and user experience.
Operations Efficiency Projects:
- Drive operational efficiency initiatives aimed at achieving measurable ROI and tangible business benefits.
- Identify inefficiencies within enterprise application ecosystems and lead projects to address them through process improvement, automation, or technology upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define success metrics, track performance, and ensure project outcomes deliver value to the organization.
Technology Adoption & Change Management:
- Lead the adoption of advanced technologies with a presales and solutioning mindset, ensuring alignment with business requirements and showcasing value-driven outcomes.
- Develop and execute robust change management strategies to facilitate seamless transitions and maximize user adoption of new systems and processes.
- Use a consultative approach to engage stakeholders, assess needs, and design tailored solutions that address business challenges and create competitive advantages.
- Minimize disruption during rollouts with effective communication, hands-on training programs, and post-implementation support.
Project & Program Delivery:
- Lead enterprise application projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and drive initiatives for improved workflows.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for the smooth deployment of new systems and upgrades.
Executive Collaboration & Communication:
- Partner with senior leaders across HR, Finance, IT, and Operations to align strategies with business objectives.
- Provide regular updates to the executive board on application performance and project milestones.
- Act as a thought leader, influencing stakeholders and advocating for technological advancements.
Financial Management:
- Manage budgets for enterprise application initiatives, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Conduct ROI analyses to justify investments in high-value enterprise technologies.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience
- 18+ years of progressive experience in enterprise application management, including 7+ years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in leading large-scale digital and legacy technology transformation initiatives, modernizing enterprise systems to drive innovation, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
- Demonstrated success in managing ERP, CRM, HCM, or similar enterprise-critical applications within complex, global organizations.
- Extensive experience in delivering complex projects and programs, optimizing business processes, and implementing robust change management strategies to ensure seamless adoption of new technologies.
- Executive-level experience in defining and executing strategic roadmaps, governance frameworks, and cross-functional coordination.
