We are looking for a Data Analyst – Integrations to join our growing data and technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, a passion for solving complex data problems, and hands-on expertise in system integration, data mapping, and transformation. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless data flow across platforms and driving actionable insights for business stakeholders.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain robust data integrations across multiple internal and third-party systems (e.g., Workday, Salesforce, iCIMS, Paylocity, custom platforms).
• Analyze, monitor, and troubleshoot integration data flows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support data analysis, validation, and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with data architects, integration engineers, and business analysts to understand integration requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Build dashboards and visual reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to support operational insights.
• Document data flow diagrams, integration logic, and technical specifications.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop data quality improvement plans.

• Support UAT and production deployments for new or updated integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and system integration roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker).
• Experience working with APIs, ETL tools, or integration platforms (e.g., Workato, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, SnapLogic) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, normalization, and transformation techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams.


Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in healthcare domain or HR/ERP systems (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, Salesforce).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Shell) for automation and data manipulation.
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance in healthcare (HIPAA, PHI) is a plus.
