We are seeking a proactive and innovative Low-Code/No-Code Developer to join our Business Excellence Team. This role is central to our mission of enhancing customer operations through intelligent automation and streamlined digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of solutions using Low-Code/No-Code platforms to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery of Low-Code/No-Code and MS Access-based applications, ensuring timely execution and quality outcomes.
• Guide and mentor junior developers, ensuring best practices in solution architecture and implementation.
• Integrate Low-Code/No-Code solutions with existing systems including mainframe, web, .NET applications, and external APIs.
• Analyze business workflows and recommend improvements using tools such as Excel VBA, MS Access, Python, and SQL.
• Ensure seamless data handling and reporting through SQL databases and custom scripts where necessary.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience with Low-Code/No-Code platforms (e.g., Power Apps, AppSheet, Mendix, OutSystems, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in MS Access, Excel VBA, and SQL for data management and automation.
• Hands-on experience in Python, .NET, and Java for custom integrations and backend logic.
• Familiarity with API integration, and automation of legacy systems and web-based applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-impact solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in driving enterprise-wide adoption of Low-Code/No-Code tools.
• Background in process analysis and optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
