Job Description:

Objectives and Responsibilities of the Business Analyst

As Business Analyst:

  • Act as the key liaison between operational teams, business stakeholders, and technology partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Develop a thorough understanding of end-to-end claim processing workflows, identifying pain points, opportunities, and improvement areas
  • Drive the documentation of business requirements, including process gaps, pain points, and optimization opportunities
  • Define and standardize business measures, KPIs, and maintain an up-to-date global data dictionary
  • BRD/ FSD/ Analytics Specs Preparation and requirement detailing (Business Analysis) to support technology development
  • Assist developers in understanding business needs, logic, and priorities to create effective solutions
  • Design test cases, coordinate Quality Assurance (QA) activities, and validate data accuracy post-integration
  • Troubleshoot application issues, develop a deep understanding of system front-end and back-end functionalities, and provide user support
  • Coordinate with cross functional stakeholders to manage project issues and bottleneck and close looping to drive resolution.
  • Lead user training initiatives and ensure smooth adoption of implemented systems
  • Monitor ongoing performance, gather feedback, and continuously refine processes

Qualifications & Mandatory Skills:

  • 2 to 5 years of work experience in US Healthcare operations
  • Hands-on experience in designing, managing, or optimizing inventory allocation workflow preferred
  • Familiarity with implementing and managing rule-based allocation engines, prioritizing tasks based on defined parameters preferred
  • Agile, Scrum Certification Preferred
  • Six Sigma Green Belt - Trained, Certification Preferred
  • Understanding of relational database principals preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tailor approach to your audience
  • Formal training in business analysis and project management is preferable
  • Work from Office Completely.
