Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Manager – TA MIS to support our high-volume hiring operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment analytics, reporting, data automation, and driving data-driven decisions for operational excellence in talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, manage, and optimize MIS systems to track recruitment performance across volume hiring mandates.
- Maintain and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards and trackers (SLA adherence, hiring funnel, source performance, TAT, offer-to-join ratios, etc.).
- Collaborate with TA operations and business hiring teams to extract insights and drive recruitment efficiency.
- Automate routine reports and create visual dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or other BI tools.
- Track and flag anomalies in hiring trends, candidate pipeline slippage, or bottlenecks.
- Generate ad-hoc reports for leadership reviews, audits, and process improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in ATS or HRMS platforms ( Workday, etc.).
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to reconcile hiring data, offer dropouts, and onboarding metrics and payments
- Support strategic TA initiatives by providing data insights and hiring forecasts.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Strong hands-on experience in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), Google Sheets, and data visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau.
- Working knowledge of ATS or recruitment CRMs.
- Good understanding of volume/bulk hiring operations, recruitment funnels, and metrics.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hiring environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in TA analytics/MIS role with exposure to volume hiring.
