Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management
- Lead and manage enterprise-wide application implementations, migrations, and upgrades across HR, Finance, Operations, and other business functions.
- Oversee the implementation of key products, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy applications.
- Ensure project alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
- Implement best practices for project governance, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Ensure change management and successful pilot and site rollouts.
- Understand the vision and convert that into program plans and align all stakeholders.
Enterprise Applications & Technology Leadership
- Drive application management and enhancements, ensuring it meets evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate enterprise applications with HR, Finance, and Operations systems.
- Provide strategic guidance on application architecture, system improvements, and performance optimization.
- Ensure compliance with data security, regulatory, and industry standards.
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Work closely with HR, Operations, IT, Finance, and Product Management teams to understand business needs and drive digital transformation.
- Manage a team of Business Analysts (BAs) and Developers, providing mentorship, training, and leadership.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units, technology teams, and external vendors for enterprise application projects.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between teams, enabling efficient system adoption and end-user satisfaction.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 10+ years in IT Project Management, Enterprise Applications, and ERP Implementations.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of program management, financial tracking and worked on AI related projects.
- Enterprise Systems: Hands-on experience in implementing digital applications by bringing together technology, functional and business teams
- Project Management Skills: Proven track record in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong ability to work with business leaders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
- Leadership & Team Handling: Experience managing BAs, Developers, and cross-functional teams.
- Communication & Problem-Solving: Excellent skills in stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and strategic planning.
