We are looking for a Senior ASR / Speech AI Engineer to build and deploy speech recognition solutions integrated with AI/GenAI systems. The role involves working on speech models, improving accuracy, and delivering scalable solutions for real-world use cases like healthcare and customer support.

Job Description:

Education: Graduate or a bachelor's degree in computer software engineering, computer science, or mathematics or any other equivalent degree.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) systems
  • Work on speech processing, acoustic modeling, and language modeling
  • Build and fine-tune models like wav2vec, Whisper, and Conformer
  • Integrate ASR with AI/GenAI use cases (chatbots, summarization, etc.)
  • Prepare and process large speech datasets (including multilingual data)
  • Optimize models for real-time and low-latency performance
  • Customize solutions for domain-specific needs (healthcare, customer service)
  • Deploy models on cloud platforms and ensure scalability

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in Speech AI / Machine Learning
  • Strong knowledge of ASR, signal processing, and deep learning
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Kaldi, Hugging Face Transformers
  • Experience with transformer models (wav2vec, Whisper, Conformer)
  • Experience working with large datasets and model optimization
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
  • Familiarity with deployment tools like NVIDIA NeMo or Triton Inference Server is a plus
