As an Assistant Manager - HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner), you will support the HRBP team in partnering with business units and leaders to drive the organization's people strategy. You will assist in implementing HR initiatives, providing guidance on talent management, and supporting employee engagement efforts to contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.

Job Description:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

Experience: 4+ years of experience in relevant field

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist HRBPs in building strong relationships with business leaders and managers to understand their objectives, challenges, and HR needs.

  • Collaborate with HRBPs to align HR strategies and initiatives with the business units' goals and strategic direction.

  • Serve as a point of contact for business units, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.

  • Address employee concerns and inquiries, escalating complex issues to HRBPs or higher-level management when necessary.

  • Support investigations into employee grievances or conflicts and assist in resolving them in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.

  • Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

  • Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, recognition programs, and events.

  • Collaborate with HRBPs and other stakeholders to develop and promote a positive work culture.

  • Support the communication of HR programs, policies, and changes to employees.

  • Conduct investigations and take appropriate actions to resolve employee relations issues.

  • Provide guidance and support on disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and termination processes.

  • Stay up to date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Analytical mindset and ability to use HR metrics for data-driven decision-making.
