We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst – Workday to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday modules. This role will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Workday solutions align with business needs and deliver operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Finance, Time Tracking, Recruiting).
- Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure system capabilities meet organizational needs.
- Lead and support Workday implementation projects, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and root cause analysis for Workday-related issues.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, SOPs, BRDs, FRD, and stakeholder reports and user guides.
- Develop and execute test cases and scripts; support UAT and post-implementation testing.
- Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting assistance.
- Apply design thinking and creative problem-solving techniques to uncover deep insights and innovative opportunities.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Workday HCM/ERP or other enterprise platforms is an added advantage.
- Proven experience with one or more Workday modules (e.g., Core HCM, T&A, Payroll, Recruiting) will be a plus.
- Domain experience in healthcare or HR technology is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of Workday functionality, business process configuration, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint , Workday EIBs & Security
- Experience with business process redesign and workflow improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Self-starter with a high level of creativity, curiosity, and problem-solving ability
