We are looking for a driven Senior Business Analyst with strong Workday HCM expertise to anchor our Workday Innovation Team. This role sits at the intersection of HR, technology, and user experience. You will lead solution design, drive continuous enhancement, own new feature adoption, and ensure maximum business value from Workday across the organization.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end analysis, design, and delivery for Workday HCM and HR modules
  • Drive Workday innovation through continuous evaluation of R1 and R2 releases, new features, and product launches
  • Own requirement gathering, solution design, and functional configuration for HR processes
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions
  • Ensure high adoption through structured change management, training support, and user experience improvements
  • Lead enhancement initiatives and continuous improvement roadmap
  • Support implementation projects, upgrades, and post-go-live stabilization
  • Act as functional SME for Workday HR across Core HCM and related modules
  • Track user feedback, satisfaction metrics, and continuously improve platform experience
  • Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM and HR modules
  • Strong experience in Workday implementation, configuration, and support
  • Excellent product knowledge across HR ERP platforms, with deep Workday functional expertise
  • Proven experience in requirement gathering, business process design, and solution documentation
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and end-to-end HR lifecycle
  • Experience working in HR ERP implementation programs
  • Good command of design thinking and user-centric solutioning
  • Solid project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive innovation from idea to execution

Good to Have

  • Experience in post-production optimization and adoption programs
  • Exposure to Workday new feature enablement and continuous release management
  • Experience in transformation or innovation-focused teams
