About the Department

HCT is the technology wing of Sagility Healthcare, providing products and services to customers. HCT team work closely with Healthcare Operations to provide technology services including Automations, Application, Development, Analytics & Reporting and Data Science Modeling to healthcare customers.

Job Role

• Estimate, design, develop, test, debug, document, and deliver multi-tier highquality
• SaaS solutions built on the Microsoft technology stack including Visual
• Studio, .NET, MVC, C#, ASP.NET and SQL Server
• Develop and maintain database schemas, stored procedures, and front end
• technologies, such as HTML, JQuery, JavaScript, Angular, Bootstrap, etc.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for product development and
• client specific implementation work
• As part of a scrum team, work closely with architects and program managers in
• order to ensure timely delivery of product development and client specific
• implementation work
• Employ and contribute to the continuous improvement of Colibrium SDLC
• methodology, project standards and process to ensure software development
• best practices
• Author technical documents during development efforts to ensure quality and
• compliance with standards and client SOWs
• Collaborate with the client and internal teams to resolve issues and fixes in
• accordance with established service level agreements
• Facilitate innovation and continuous process improvement

Qualifications: 

• A strong internal drive for pursuing continuous improvement
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience with C#, SQL Server, and web technologies
• Highly proficient with
  • . NET framework (3.5/4.0)
  • .Net Core – 1+ yr
  • ASP.NET framework
  • C# programming language
  • MVC
  • Angular v2 or above – 1+ yr
• Web service architecture and .NET web service programming techniques
• T-SQL programming language and stored procedure authoring
• Unit test cases automation
• Ability to work as part of a scrum team, including ability and willingness to hit
