Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 Years
Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and execute a forward-looking HR technology strategy aligned with the organization's overarching strategic goals.
Employ advanced data analytics and predictive modeling to provide senior executive HRBPs with insights related to workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and organizational performance.
Establish and maintain a robust data governance framework, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
Oversee the integration of HR technology systems with other critical business systems to enable seamless data flow and strategic decision-making.
Manage strategic partnerships with HR technology vendors and external partners, evaluating and adopting innovative solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring service excellence.
Lead change management initiatives related to HR technology projects, ensuring HR leaders and their teams effectively embrace new systems and processes
Utilization of AI and machine learning for predictive analytics, employee sentiment analysis, and talent retention modeling.
Mandatory Skills:
Extensive experience in HR technology, data analytics, and HR strategy development.
Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms, data visualization tools, and analytics software.
Exceptional data analysis and interpretation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated leadership and project management experience.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance.
Preferred Skills:
Certifications in relevant HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) are highly desirable.
