We are looking for a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate end-to-end delivery of enterprise application programs. The role requires strong technical understanding, cross-functional leadership, and hands-on experience managing complex application ecosystems within fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple enterprise application programs.
Drive program governance, including scope definition, timelines, risks, dependencies, and communication plans.
Work closely with engineering, product, infrastructure, QA, and business teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
Manage program budgets, resource planning, and vendor coordination.
Build and track program metrics, dashboards, and status reports for leadership reviews.
Ensure system reliability, scalability, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Lead change management and process improvement initiatives across enterprise systems.
Facilitate release management and deployment planning.
Resolve cross-functional issues proactively to maintain program momentum.
Required Skills & Experience
10-16 years of experience in program/project management with strong exposure to enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HRMS, or healthcare enterprise systems).
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and release processes.
Strong technical background with ability to engage effectively with engineering and architecture teams.
Experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle risk, drive decisions, and work in a dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in US Healthcare domain (Payer/Provider/RCM).
Certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe, ITIL, or equivalent.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and modern integration frameworks.
