The Senior Manger will collaborate closely with various teams to deliver exceptional design solutions that enhance the market presence, elevate the brand and drive business growth and also be insturmental in shaping team's development, nurturing their creative talents, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within department

Job Description:

Education : Bachelor's degree in Graphic design or Visual Communication

Experience : Proven work experience of 5+ years as a graphic designer preferably in the marketing field

Roles & Responsibilities :  

• Creating and designing high quality graphics for a variety of communication mediums, including print, digital and multimedia platforms

•Collaborating with the clients or stakeholders to understand their design needs and requirements

• Manage and mentor junior designers and work closely with the Manager & provide feedback and guidance to ensure high quality designs

•Developing and executing visual contents for social media platforms, including graphics, videos and animations

•Staying upto date with the latest design trends, technologies and best practices in the industry

•Presenting design concepts and solutions to clients or stakeholders and incorporating feedback into final design

• Responsible for delegating tasks, overseeing and instructing on creative process and ensuring on time delivery of projects

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills to articulate design ideas, provide feedback, and collaborate with cross functional teams

• Ability to delegate and manage work loads and projects across functions within the organization

•  Ability to guide and motivate a team of graphic designers

• Keen eye for innovative ideas and trends

• Solid understanding of design principles, trends and best practices in graphic design, video creation, typography, colour theory and visual hierarchy

•  Ability to identify design challenges and finding creative solutions to overcome them

•  Ability to coach and good leadership skills, ability to develop and motivate employees towards improved performance

• Possess excellent time management skills by managing multiple projects, deadlines and priorities.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing design trends, technologies and project requirements

• Good project management skills with ability to deliver on multiple projects
