Key Responsibilities
• Configure and support Workday Core HCM modules including:
o Staffing (Hire, Change Job, Termination)
o Organizations (Supervisory, Company, Cost Center)
o Job Profiles, Job Families, Positions
• Configure and maintain Business Processes (BPs):
o Hire, Termination, Change Job, Onboarding
o Sub-processes, condition rules, approvals, notifications
• Support Workday reporting:
o Standard and custom reports
o Calculated fields and filters
• Assist with security configuration:
o Domain security
o Business process security
o Role-based access
• Perform unit testing, UAT support, and defect resolution
• Support data loads using EIBs
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders
• Provide production support and handle tickets via AMS / support model
• Prepare functional documentation and configuration workbooks
Required Skills & Experience
• 2–3 years of Workday Core HCM implementation or support experience
• Strong understanding of:
o Workday HCM data model
o Effective dating
o Staffing models (Position vs Job Management)
• Hands-on experience with:
o Business Process Framework
o Condition rules and validations
o Custom and delivered reports
• Knowledge of Workday security concepts
• Experience supporting Hire-to-Retire lifecycle
• Good understanding of HR business processes
