Job Description:

Role Overview

The Manager – HR Analytics is responsible for designing, maintaining, and enhancing HR data systems, dashboards, and reporting frameworks. The role ensures data accuracy, timely analytics, and actionable insights that support HR strategy, workforce planning, compliance, and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Data Management & Governance

  • Manage and maintain HR databases, HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle).
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across employee lifecycle datasets.
  • Develop and enforce data governance standards and audit checks.

2. Reporting & Dashboards

  • Design, automate and publish HR dashboards (headcount, attrition, hiring, talent, productivity, compliance).
  • Create custom reports for HR Business Partners, Finance, and leadership teams.
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports with meaningful insights.

3. Analytics & Insights

  • Analyse workforce trends, talent metrics, compensation data, and performance indicators.
  • Support forecasting, capacity planning, and budgeting through data-driven insights.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify patterns and recommend process improvements.

4. HR Technology & Process Improvement

  • Lead implementation/enhancements of HRIS and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR Ops, and COEs to automate manual HR processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in data processes, reporting efficiency, and dashboard usability.

5. Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition, C&B, L&D and Business Units.
  • Understand stakeholder data needs and deliver solutions accordingly.
  • Present key HR metrics and findings to leadership in a clear and structured manner.

6. Compliance & Audit

  • Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements.
  • Support internal and external HR audits by providing required data.
  • Maintain documentation for processes, definitions, and data sources.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, IT, or Business Analytics.
  • 6–12 years of experience in HR MIS, HR Analytics, or HR Technology roles.
  • Hands-on expertise with HRIS systems (Workday/SAP/Oracle), MS Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in automation, dashboarding, and large datasets preferred.
