Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver on operational metrics for the Product and Systems Training team
This includes meeting/exceeding key training outcomes like Training Throughput, 30 day/60 day/90 day performance across productivity and quality
- Developing Training Programs:
This includes creating or updating training materials, designing curriculum, and selecting appropriate training methods for various roles and levels within the healthcare organization.
- Leverage Technology to build new gen/tech based digital Training assets
This involves using platforms to build e-learning content, use AI to create a customized learning pathway for participants
- Drive value for the business by delivering on projects to reduce learning curve for new hires and improve speed to proficiency
Build process and people capability to ensure learning curves are reduced and governance structures are put in place to identify/mitigate gaps
- Evaluating Training Effectiveness:
This includes assessing the impact of training programs through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics, and making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
- Staying Current with Industry Standards:
This involves keeping abreast of the latest developments in healthcare practices, regulations, and technology to ensure training programs are relevant and up-to-date.
- Collaborating with Stakeholders:
This involves working with various departments (e.g., clinical leadership, HR, IT) to identify training needs, align training with organizational goals, and ensure training programs are integrated into overall operations.
- Mentoring and Coaching:
Providing guidance and support to staff members to enhance their professional development and performance
