HGS: Tell us about your education and experience.
John: I graduated from Rizal Technological University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. While studying, I have done my OJT in the BPM space, helping with candidate screening, assessments, and sourcing. HGS is my first job after graduation, and I’ve learned many things in my time here.
HGS: What are some must-have qualities you look for in candidates applying to HGS?
John: The prime qualities I look for in my candidates is excellent communication skills and a reasonable level of pride in their work. I also make sure to remind applicants that above all, their attitude can make or break their application.

HGS: What is your pro tip for potential candidates?
John: The candidates who have the skills should be mindful of their attitude. The ones with skills that are not on par should put in the work to become competent in their roles.
HGS: What do you tell your candidates about the culture at HGS?
John: HGS has a lovely environment where growth and success in the professional space are unanimous. Everyone gets equal recognition for their efforts, and that’s one of my favorite aspects of HGS as an employee. Naturally, this is what I share with my candidates about the company.
