Job Description:

We optimize the entire member experience through service offerings such as utilization management, care management, and an Aging in Place product suite focused on better health outcomes.

We are currently seeking a Senior Human Resource Generalist to provide HR support and guidance, as well as to continuously develop and implement human resource plans, programs and policies to ensure that the human capital issues are aligned with the organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule disciplinary hearings and ensure that invitation and outcome letters are sent out in a timely manner.
  • Process employee separation in the HRIS.
  • Prepare employee separation letters based on outcomes from disciplinary hearings.
  • Approve leaves (unpaid sick, leave of absence, maternity, bereavement, and jury duty) for eligible employees in the HRIS.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to supervisors, and employees regarding laws, regulations policies and procedures, and practices related to employee relations matters to ensure compliance and company-wide consistency.
  • Conduct investigations (both formal and informal) and inquiries, provides consultations and guidance, and recommends outcomes to resolve employee relations issues, with a key focus on maintaining a positive employee experience.
  • Provide recommendations and input for policy changes and responsibility to monitor and enforce the consistent application of policy.
  • Partner with Operations, Recruiting, Business Learning and Organization Development to ensure the effective delivery of services.
  • Employee counseling referrals should be acknowledged and scheduled within 24 hours, and the tracker updated.
  • Execute staff onboarding activities.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor?s degree or equivalent in relevant work experience, Degree in Business or HR strongly desired
  • 2 plus years experience in HR at a senior level
  • Experience working in a high-volume Recruiting environment
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and handle numerous tasks simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are a must
  • Must possess a positive and upbeat attitude
  • Ability to work well with others, create a positive partnership with other departments
  • Position requires flexible availability and must be able to adjust to schedule as needed
