The incumbent will work in close collaboration with the Manager - HR Operations to provide HR support and guidance as well as continuously develop and implement human resource plans, programs and policies to ensure the human capital issues are aligned with the organizational goals in addition to providing human resource support to the Business Unit.
Must be flexible and willing to work irregular hours including evenings, weekends and any work schedule required to satisfy client and customer needs in a 24/7 work environment. Must be flexible and willing to travel locally and internationally, representing the Company as required. This job is physically demanding as such the incumbent must have high manual dexterity.

Job Description:

1. Schedule disciplinary hearings and ensure that invitation and outcome letters are sent out in a timely manner.
2. Process employee separation in the HRIS.
3. Prepare employee separation letters based on outcomes from disciplinary hearings.
4. Approve leaves (unpaid sick, leave of absence, maternity, bereavement, and jury duty) for eligible employees in the HRIS.
5. Provides leadership, coaching, and guidance to supervisors, and employees regarding laws, regulations policies and procedures, and practices related to employee relations matters to ensure compliance and company-wide consistency.
6. Conducts investigations (both formal and informal) and inquiries, provides consultations and guidance, and recommends outcomes to resolve employee relations issues, with a key focus on maintaining a positive employee experience.
7. Provides recommendations and input for policy changes and responsibility to monitor and enforce the consistent application of policy.
8. Partners with Operations, Recruiting, Business Learning and Organization Development to ensure the effective delivery of services.
9. Employee counseling referrals should be acknowledged and scheduled within 24 hours, and the tracker updated.
10. Executing staff onboarding activities - NEO.
