Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Engagement Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with HR, management, and cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive engagement strategy that aligns with Sagility's values and goals.
  • Identify opportunities to infuse fun and welcoming elements into the workplace culture.

Event Planning & Execution:

  • Plan and organize engaging events, activities, and initiatives that promote team bonding, stress relief, and a sense of community.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, scheduling, invitations, and necessary resources.

Employee Advocacy:

  • Identify and cultivate brand advocates among employees who can positively influence their peers and promote Sagility's values and culture.
  • Empower brand advocates to share their experiences and stories through various channels, both internally and externally.

Attrition Reduction Initiatives:

  • Design and implement creative initiatives aimed at reducing attrition rates by improving employee satisfaction, motivation, and overall workplace experience.
  • Analyze attrition trends and gather feedback to inform targeted engagement strategies.

Communication & Promotion:

  • Develop compelling communication materials, including newsletters, posters, and social media content, to promote upcoming events and initiatives.
  • Leverage various platforms to generate excitement and participation.

Feedback Collection & Analysis:

  • Solicit regular feedback from employees to gauge the effectiveness of engagement initiatives and gather suggestions for improvement.
  • Analyze feedback data to make informed decisions and adjustments to engagement strategies.

Collaboration & Networking:

  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to enhance the overall employee experience through shared initiatives and partnerships.

Measurement & Reporting:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports on engagement metrics, demonstrating the impact of efforts on attrition rates and employee morale.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Event Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in organizing engaging events, employee engagement initiatives, or brand advocacy programs.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for creating fun and welcoming environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of energizing and motivating diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to analyze feedback and engagement metrics.
  • Proficiency in using communication and collaboration tools, social media platforms, and event planning software.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for enhancing the employee experience.
