Stories @ HGS: Artur

Artur is a customer service advisor with HGS UK. He has been with us for almost a year now. He shares with us his experiences of working with HGS.

HGS: How has the journey been so far?
Artur:
It has been learning-filled. I joined HGS for the experience of working in a contact centre. Everyone here is supportive and friendly, and they have helped me with whatever I need to do my best at work.

HGS: What is your personal development goal in your current position?
Artur:
We are learning something new in every interaction, whether it’s with customers or within the team. We also get a lot of constructive feedback and pointers to improve from seniors and team managers. I want to apply my learnings on my job and progress as much as I can. The training is also beneficial in our work, so I look forward to more of that.

HGS: From what you observe, what is the impact of your role?
Artur:
We are in conversations with people from many walks of life. In each interaction, I have the power to make it a positive experience for the customer on the other end. Even among the team, I am in a position to spread positivity, so I take that aspect of the job very seriously.
