DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
ADMIN/GLOBE LINES:
1. Handle Travel and entertainment transactions
2. Issue salary deduction memo to employees based on identified personal CC transaction.
3. Update Cash Advances schedule.
4. Validate and monitor receipts submitted for Liquidation ad reimbursement.
5. Booking of accrual every month-end
PAYMENT PROCESSING:
6. Strictly observe SLA on all payment processing. Regularly monitors and report on observance of SLA via the payment monitoring file
7. Review and validate supporting documents on all submitted liquidations, reimbursements and vendor invoices.
8. Preparation of reclassification and adjustments, as necessary.
9. Process and book in the system all payment vouchers.
AD HOC:
10.Prepare and regular compliance on the release of Certificates of Tax Withheld (BIR Form 2307):
? before the 20th of the month after each quarter
? based on vendor request.
11. Filing of all paid vouchers returned by Treasury unit on a per vendor basis
12. Assistance on ad hoc reports and requirements of the unit.
