Job Description/Responsibilities
- Assist with the development of ad hoc reports using process automation knowledge in Advanced Excel, TSQL, and VBA Macros.
- Conduct new hire training sessions to give information on WFM analytics reporting guidelines and procedures.
- Develop and optimize BI dashboards, reports, data models, and data flows. Maintain and publish performance dashboards and KPI tracking for relevant operational metrics at all levels and sites.
- Handle meetings and develop agendas for Operations and Support functions to review performance and efficiency.
- Maintains communication by holding regularly scheduled team meetings.
- Monitors the quality and quantity of work produced in analytics reporting.
- Ownership on end-to-end reporting and MIS delivery for multiple processes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Responsible for handling analytics reporting related complex, escalated, or urgent issues.
- Work closely with Operations to develop meeting agendas focusing on presenting viewpoints on operational metrics (performance and efficiency) based on reports and dashboards generated for daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Reports to: WFM Officer ? MIS Reporting
Education and/or Experience:
- Minimum average of 2-4 years of relevant working experience in a similar or any MIS role, with a focus on reporting, data analysis and project or client management in a customer service environment is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of college education or a related degree is preferred.
- Basic computer skills, proficiency and knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook) and WFM systems (e.g. Avaya CMS, NICE IEX, Cisco, Aspect eWFM, Verint)
- Experience working with statistical models, database concepts, reporting, or analytics tools, along with advanced proficiency in MS Excel, VBA/Macros, Power Query, Power BI, SQL, HTML, ASP.NET (Including Web Forms), IIS, C#, JavaScript, Bootstrap and at least a basic understanding of API integration, MVC, GitHub and Azure.
Work environment: The work environment should be following the Clean Room Policy set forth by the Company. They must agree to comply with all company policies and procedures regarding the safekeeping of confidential information.

Physical demands: This requires working in a fast pace,but ensuring accuracy on delivery of reports and execution.
