Job Description:
· The HES Practice Sr. Manager will support the Practice Leader in planning and implementing the strategic initiatives and long-term goals for the operating groups that the Healthcare Global leadership identifies to be critical to the team?s overall strategy.
· HES Practice Sr. Manager shall recommend best practices for global deployment ? based on past deployments or deployments of other similar businesses.
· HES Practice Dir Sr. Manager will support the Practice Leader in identifying opportunities for optimal efficiency and drive continual improvements to deliver cost-effective, client-centric services that meet service level agreements.
· HES Practice Sr. Manager will gather insights from performance reporting to facilitate business decisions around service delivery and improvement initiatives for the Healthcare team.
· HES Practice Sr. Manager will support the Practice Lead and the Practice Community in understanding and interpreting business climate and practices and advise the business on the application to improve company competitiveness.
