DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Reports Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to produce accurate, actionable reports that drive informed decision-making across the organization. This role requires a strong command of data analysis, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate insights to diverse stakeholders.
As part of a dynamic team, the Reports Analyst will collaborate closely with Training, Operations, and Quality teams to gather and analyze data related to new hire performance. The role plays a critical part in identifying trends, uncovering areas for improvement, and providing data-driven recommendations aimed at enhancing processes and accelerating speed to competency for new employees.
An approximate list of responsibilities is appended below (but not limited to):
Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
Define and execute processes to monitor data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and privacy, establish consistent data definitions, and monitor overall data quality for assigned data entities
Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner.
Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
Perform data analysis for generating reports periodically.
Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the training management team.
Create reports and presentations for senior-level management.
Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
Consolidate and align large data sets from multiple sources in various formats.
Understand reporting problems and provide appropriate technical solutions.
Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring issues.
Provide support and assistance in issue troubleshooting and resolution.
Operational responsibilities:
Work closely with business data owners and users to identify quality metrics and thresholds.
Develop new reporting and dashboards to support the changing needs of the specific line of business.
Support training delivery teams in their effort to adopt and execute data management processes.
Support training transformation initiatives and client-initiated projects.
Prepare ad hoc reports based on the requirements of the stakeholders.
Other duties as assigned.
