PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
This is a leadership role and responsible for geo level deliverables related to Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC) and spearhead launch/ implementation of new initiatives to ensure business outcomes are met/ exceeded. The role also requires extensive coordination across geos and teams to drive org level initiatives and inculcate continuous improvement as a culture.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure contractual & non-contractual metrics are identified and monitored across all processes for the geo
- Ensure initiatives that are identified are in line with the roadmap and goals finalized for the geo
- Responsible to ensure global initiatives are carried out as planned (Knowledge Mgmt., CSAT and ICSAT measures)
- Provide thought leadership to drive end-to-end CI projects
- Ensure that the Business Excellence Transaction Quality Managers are providing the right kind and level of support needed by their Operations partners
- Work with Department Heads to acquire the support needed to successfully drive identified improvements
- Mentor Directors to work on continuous improvement and transformation projects
- Handle the overall department, budgeting & financials, strategies to improve the team?s skills & capabilities, profitability of the department, planning & process improvements.
- Interface during high-level client visits ? presentation on automation & transformation projects
