DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Manage new and existing clients as agreed with other departments.
Provides technical Bill of Materials for prospective clients.
Formulates and documents project plans for IT projects and activities.
Formulates, documents and maintain IT processes.
Implement and maintain established Sagility policies, procedures, rules and regulation.
Map out and refine periodically established processes.
Develop / document existing operational processes.
Coordinate with external supplier on the quality requirements.
Support Deputy ISMR in implementing quality policies and guidelines.
Ensure implementation, awareness on Sagility quality system.
Conduct internal quality audit, report results and monitor actions.
Attend training / workshop needed for international quality certification.
Represents and participates in all ISO related activities and programs.
Monitors the Division?s compliance in ISO standards.
Performs quality assurance testing / Audit procedures on standards and policies
Formulates, documents and maintain inventory of IT assets.
Protects the organization?s assets thru upholding the principles of the Quality Information Security Management System (QISMS).
Ensures confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information critical to fulfilling the organizations business functions.
Able to establish, implement and continuously improve the quality information security policies assigned to him / her.
Able to establish structure and procedures to protect classified information.
Able to report information security related incidents without any delay to the right authority.
Example: All information-related incidents, losses, weaknesses and software/hardware malfunctions, breaches of confidentiality.
Able to participate during training, orientation and awareness programs pertaining to QISMS.

Protects the organization?s assets by upholding the principles of the Quality Information Security Management System (QISMS).

Able to ensure that a regular preventive maintenance program for hardware resources is developed and implemented within approved budget and schedules to ensure 99.99% network availability.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Reports to: IT Director/IT Sr. Director
At least 4 to 5 years of work experience as a department manager for applications services.
Graduate of a 4 to 5-year course preferably in Computer Science or any IT related courses.
Preferably with 10-15 years work experience in Contact Centers, Project Management and Process Documentation.
Auditing certification is an advantage
Preferably familiar with computer applications (MS Office, MS Project, Visio, Internet, etc).
Ability to adapt to change and learn quickly. Keen on details. Articulate and should know how to keep confidential matters.
