- Job Summary:
Training Manager for New Employee Experience, plays a pivotal role in shaping the onboarding journey for new hires across all job grades. Responsibilities of this job include collaborating with stakeholders to deliver and evaluate the New Employee Orientation (NEO) program effectively, and, ensuring compliance with the NEO process and recommend enhancements to improve the participant experience. Your efforts will contribute to creating a welcoming and engaging environment for new employees, fostering their growth and integration into the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Training:
?牋 燗ssist in designing and conducting workshops on Leadership and Organizational Development.
?牋 燬upport the deployment of training programs for Global OD Philippines and global projects.
?牋 燞elp in developing, designing, and implementing new training programs.
?牋 營dentify necessary projects and mentor team members to execute them effectively.
?牋 燘enchmark best-in-class performance practices both internally and externally.
?牋 燛nsure compliance with ISO/ISMS for the security of information assets.
Program Management:
?牋 燬upport the recognition and rewarding of top-performing team members.
?牋 燗ssist in reviewing team performance and provide constructive feedback.
?牋 燩romote a culture of continuous learning and quality improvement.
?牋 燯pdate the team regularly on new learning and development trends, techniques, and tools.

?牋 燩rovide strategic planning and team effectiveness support to various departments.
Consulting
General Safety and Security:
?牋 燯phold the principles of the Quality Information Security Management System (QISMS) to protect organizational assets.
?牋 燛nsure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical information for business functions.
Qualifications:
?牋 燙ollege degree, preferably Mass Communication, Psychology, Education, or Business Management or a Post-Graduate Diploma or a Master?s Degree from any reputable university, or equivalent experience
?牋 燤inimum of 10 years management experience in a Customer Service or Call Center Industry
?牋 燩roven experience in training and organizational development, preferably in a global setting
?牋 燬trong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
?牋 燛xcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
?牋 燢nowledge of ISO/ISMS standards is a plus.
?牋 燗bility to motivate and lead a team effectively.
?牋 燬trong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work environment:
- The work environment in the office premises is professional, office. Business casual attire
- Able to identify an adequate space (minimal background noise, well-lit, with access to fast internet) in their home that can be used for virtual training delivery, should the need arise.
Physical demands:
- May require holiday, weekend, overtime, graveyard work or shifting schedules, as needed by the business.
- May require travel from multiple office locations if the need arise
- High-speed internet available home for remote/work at home assignments (minimum 10 mbps)
