Job Description:

 Qualifications:

  • Handles the Facilities procurement requirements like construction, electrical, plumbing materials, genset and centralized A/C repairs 
  • Procurement Lead in handling the Fit-out/ Facilities and provides support in reviewing the BOM and SOW, cost estimates, sourcing for vendors and review the proposals 
  • Prepares the Notice to Proceed (NTP), Letter of Intent and other procurement documents required in facilitating the project 
  • Reviews and negotiates the Variation Orders submitted by the Vendor and the Project Management team before submitting for review of the Procurement Director and CFO 
  • Sources Vendors, negotiates prices and terms of payment and ensures prompt delivery 
  • Expands vendor database for Facilities and Fit-Out requirements 
  • Coordinates with the Global Procurement team on the Ariba sourcing process of requirements with above Php 50K Threshold value 
  • Executes and tracks the Ariba PR/PO processing 
  • Initiates a project innovation that would generate cost savings efficiency 
  • Prepares vendor performance evaluation 
  • Tracks and consolidates team?s report on emergency procurement 
  • Performs other duties as required

Continuation:

  • Responsible for order placement timing, supply / demand alignment and supplier performance
  • Monitor, evaluate and improve supplier performance, according to an appropriate Service Level Agreement, on a continuous basis
  • Develop sourcing strategies
  • Supplier accreditation
  • Payment terms negotiation, optimization and management
  • Exposure on Contract Management
  • Monitor delivery timelines to ensure they are on time
  • Keep procurement records such spend and savings report, vendor performance rating
