Team Support and Leadership:
?Collaborate with the NOC Team Leader to provide guidance and support to a team of NOC technicians, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional growth.
?Assist in allocating tasks and managing workloads to ensure efficient completion of assignments, adhering to quality standards and operational procedures.
Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
?Work closely with the NOC team to monitor network performance, ensuring real-time identification and resolution of issues affecting network availability and performance.
?Provide technical expertise and support in troubleshooting complex network problems, contributing to swift issue resolution and minimizing downtime.
Incident Management and Escalation:
?Assist in managing network incidents and outages, ensuring prompt response and coordinating efforts to mitigate the impact on healthcare operations.
?Participate in the incident management process, documenting incidents, actions taken, and resolutions effectively.
Network Maintenance and Security:
?Collaborate with network engineers and IT security personnel to implement network infrastructure improvements and security measures.
?Ensure adherence to healthcare industry regulations and data security standards (e.g., HIPAA) in all network-related activities.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
?Assist in tracking and analyzing network performance metrics, generating reports for management review to identify trends, areas for improvement, and overall network health.
?Contribute to the implementation of performance improvement initiatives to optimize network efficiency and stability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
?Work closely with other teams within the organization, such as IT, engineering, and project management, to coordinate network-related projects and initiatives.
