Education:
College graduate or graduate of any vocational course (PHI)
Experience:
0 to 2 years experience
Experience in computer and system programming and repairs
Experience in inventory and custodianship tasks
BPO environment preferred

Roles & responsibilities:
COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST
?Manage internal communications related to CREST PH
?Participation in Business Continuity Plan related activities - dissemination of BCP advisory updates, facilities checklist during BCP events.
?Provide emergency or disaster preparedness information through info-campaigns and advisories
?Monitoring of required permits, licenses, and certifications and ensuring these are regularly updated
?Assistance in internal and external audit activities.
Pollution and Environment Control
- Ensure compliance with the requirements of government environment laws, policies, and respective implementing rules and regulations
- Identify significant environmental aspects and impacts of the organization?s operational activities and recommend possible mitigating measures by preparing or improving the company?s Environmental Management Plan and Contingency Plan.
- Attend to all registration requirements and permits of the organization prior to the construction, installation, or operation of possible pollution sources and control facilities
- Ensure that organization?s equipment, systems, and transport vehicles are properly operated and maintained
- Ensure the proper performance, operation, and maintenance of environmental management facilities or systems of the organization, whichever are applicable:
- Wastewater treatment facilities
- Air pollution control devices
- Hazardous waste management storage areas
- Solid waste segregation/management facilities
- Environmental monitoring devices such as Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems, Air Monitoring Stations, effluent flow metering/measuring devices, groundwater monitoring wells, and other environmental monitoring devices
- Monitor activities and report results pertaining to the operation and maintenance of pollution control facilities to ensure compliance with government standards
- Monitor the use of chemicals, especially those listed under the Priority Chemicals List and those with Chemical Control Orders, and the generation of solid and hazardous wastes
- Promptly submit required documentation reports or any incident reports that require the attention of government organizations
- Attend technical conferences, hearings, and meetings for matters pertaining to the pollution cases of the organization, if any
- Must always be updated of the requirements of the law
- Coordinate regulatory programs and activities with the city, provincial, municipal governments
- Initiate or improve environmental management activities including awareness campaigns within the organization
Consolidation of Department Monthly Report Requirements, such as but not limited to:
- PEZA Monthly Outsourced Employees Report
- CREST Weekly/Monthly Report
- Monthly Seats Report
- BCP/DRP Seats
- Footfall Report
- BAAF Weekly/Monthly Report
Provide Assistance During Internal and External Compliance and Audit Activities
- Monitoring, coordinating, and responding to CAPA observations
- Regularly conduct internal audit across the existing including all the upcoming sites.
- Assist in internal and external audit and compliance activities
- Provide action plans related to Facilities audit observations
Provide Assistance in CREST and BCP Activities and Events
- Creation of CREST advisories covering all PH sites
- Assists in gathering real-time information on seasonal crises, health and safety awareness, security and safety issues, utilities, and infrastructure, and property maintenance
- Assists in gathering data for CREST?s reports and information campaigns
- Coordinates with utility companies, such as Meralco and Manila Water, for service interruptions
- Assists in evacuation drills and BCP-related activities
General Administration
- Coordinates transactions over CREST Help Desk and CREST Hotline
- Coordination with the Facilities team, admin and technical staff of all sites for important information, advisory updates, and audit-related items
- Provide necessary information to inquiries, especially during BCP events
General Safety and Security
- Protects the organization?s assets by upholding the principles of the Quality Information Security Management System (QISMS).
- Ensures confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information critical to fulfilling the organization?s business functions.
