? Partners with Operations, HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to identify training needs for teams and individuals;
? Conducts competency gap analyses to determine high-priority learning and development needs for individuals and teams;
? Implements, promotes, and monitors talent and learning management solutions;
? Conducts developmental training for individuals and teams
General Safety and Security
? Protects the organization?s assets by upholding the principles of the Quality Information Security Management System (QISMS).
? Ensures confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information critical to fulfilling the organization?s business functions.
