Job Description:

Process Orientation & Management

  • Tracking and reporting of Contractual Compliance performance for the Geo
  • Adherence to Transition tollgate review process   
  • Planning & coverage of Certifications/ Audits     
  • Self-Assessment Implementation and coverage
  • Client CSAT, CHC, and iCSAT process implementation

Project planning & implementation

  • Initiate, plan, manage and communicate implementations for Corporate BE-driven initiatives and tools across all applicable programs for the Geo
  • Liaise between Corporate BE team in India and PH Geo and provide updates on current projects and implementations
  • Identify opportunities to enable other functions achieve strategic goals through business excellence
  • Gather project requirement and perform GAP analysis
  • Communicate and report status to key stakeholders
  • Facilitate change management, performance evaluation & facilitating diverse learning

Performance against Budgets / Targets

  • Cost saved by driving process improvement and efficient utilization of BE budgets
