We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter (Sourcing Specialist) to join our talent acquisition team. The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles. This role requires excellent networking skills, a keen understanding of various recruitment strategies, and a passion for finding the right talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key positions across the organization.
- Partner with the recruitment team to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial outreach, screening, and engagement with potential candidates to assess their interests and qualifications.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data, track sourcing efforts, and report on key metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment.
- Foster relationships with passive candidates to nurture long-term opportunities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to align sourcing strategies with company goals.
In addition to the key responsibilities, the sourcing specialist will also be tasked with the following:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates and interviewers throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Communicate effectively with candidates regarding application status, interview details, and next steps.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by being responsive and professional in all interactions.
- Assist in reviewing resumes and screening applications.
- Conduct phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fitness for the role.
- Coordinate pre-employment assessments
Qualifications:
- A bachelor?s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a recruiting or HR support role.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
