DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Tasked to ensure that efficient maintenance, detailed recording, and safekeeping of employee 201 files.
? Responsible for assisting in the whole Recruitment Process (Candidate Screening, Evaluation, Recommendation, Hiring, Orientation, etc.) whenever deemed necessary.
? Tasked to attend to applicant inquiries and/or application follow-up over the phone or in person as the need arises.
? Responsible for ensuring efficient maintenance of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) databank at the lobby.
? Provides pre-employment forms such as Employee Profile Sheet, BIR Form, Pag-Ibig Form, Philhealth Form, Reference Check Form, and Bank Form to new hires.
? Ensures new hires are informed to secure their Social Security Number, NBI/Police Clearance, Transcript of Records, Birth Certificate, Clearance or Employment Certificate from previous employer prior to the start of their training.
? Tasked to develop and consolidate HR reports such as: Medical Results,Student Referral Program & Trainee Fall Outs.
? Responsible for coordinating with Job Fair Organizers, deploying HR assistants to job fairs, and requesting for job fair fees, transportation allowance, and meal allowance.
? Handles First Steps Orientation of new hires: Explains ISMS Policy, Company Mission Vision, Coordinates with representatives from different departments, Encodes and sends out results of the Course & Speaker Evaluation forms.
? Tasked to handle the contract signing of newly hired applicants, ensuring that the terms and conditions of the said contract is accepted by the newly hired employee with full comprehension and understanding.
? Responsible for ensuring newly hired employees complete their medical exam prior to start of training.
? Responsible for replacing fall-outs of newly hired applicants with qualified candidates.
? Tasked to coordinate with the company?s accredited clinic in securing fit-to-work clearances for all new-hires.
? Sends out daily email to accredited clinic for scheduled candidates; Follows up pending results; Receives and compiles medical files delivered from the clinic.
? Maintains database of candidates sent for Medical Exam; Records results daily; and updates previous pending results.
? Tasked to ensure smooth coordination between the members of the HR-Recruitment team to promote communication and efficiency.
? Ensures prompt dissemination of information regarding changes and updates to all parties concerned in each particular account.
? Responsible for ensuring that HR sends out prompt and efficient feedback regarding matters that are brought up to HR?s attention.
? Ensures coordination and communication between the HR Recruitment Manager, HR Recruitment Officers, HR Assistants and other internal customers when it comes to all manpower recruitment concerns.
? Responsible for providing administrative assistance to Human Resources Officers and Managers alike.
? Prepares Job Fair Materials such as Application Forms, Leaflets, Registration Sheets, & Assessment Forms.
? Coordinates with SSD for training schedules and room assignments/availability.
? Coordinates with students enlisted in the Student Referral Program.
? Signs contracts in place of Recruitment Manager when the need arises.
? Keeps a database of active files for future hiring requirements.

Education and/or Experience:

College Graduate Preferably Human Resource Development Management/ Psychology course.
At least 1-year experience in the related field
