DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acts as internal change agent/consultant and HR partner of line management in developing and implementing HR interventions in the areas of organization design and development, organizational performance enhancement, culture change management and service quality improvement. Identifies and analyses relations problems or grievances, recommend appropriate solutions and actively participate in the resolution of these issues. Ensures consistency in the implementation of HR policies and procedures and assist in the development or revisions of said policies as necessary. Assists client in manpower planning and sourcing requirements and actively participate in the selection of employees for hiring, transfer and promotion to other positions. Provides client organization with relevant data on labor market trends and best practices as inputs in their decision making. Designs and implements employee communication and feedback mechanism pertinent to client organization?s requirements to ensure management?s responsiveness to employee. Conducts workshops and orientation program to cascade statutory wage and benefits. Facilitates implementation of developmental plans for employees that may include management development trainings, learning sessions etc. Responsible for addressing various HR concerns that may arise during the assigned shift. Ensures that disciplinary actions implemented by other departments/divisions are in congruent with COCs and Philippine Labor Laws. Facilitates counseling sessions to all employees when necessary.

Able to determine best approach specific to an internal client based on knowledge of business requirements. Able to identify appropriate diagnostic tool. Able to perform/conduct diagnosis using appropriate diagnostic tools e.g. interview, FGD, survey. Able to research and determine relevant information/content. Able to design program content, tools and methodology (activities, exercises of intervention). Able to execute intervention as designed. Able to monitor and ensure implementation of intervention. Able to assess if desired results are achieved. Able to address gaps between actual vs. desired results. Able to respond to queries regarding specific benefits. Able to administer benefits processing. Able to recommend improvement on existing systems & work processes. Able to interpret benefits policies and define implementing guidelines. Able to conduct initial interview that is competency/dimension based. Able to decide/determine if employee is qualified for promotion via assessment and validation (interview, review of PA) Able to facilitate training session to ensure participation and learning. Able to handle discussions with regards to implementing appropriate disciplinary action for any case. 18. Able to recommend improvements on existing systems and work processes. Able to discuss and interpret specific guidelines and policies stated in the Employees Handbook and Code of Conduct. Able to explain and guide line managers in giving appropriate disciplinary action. Able to establish, implement and continuously improve the quality information security policies assigned to him / her. Able to establish structure and procedures to protect classified information.
