DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for assisting in the whole Recruitment Process (Internal and External) ?
- Candidate Screening, Evaluation, Recommendation, Hiring, Orientation, etc. whenever deemed necessary
- Endorses pre-screened applicants to the hiring manager
- Facilitates tests should they be required
- Coordinates with hiring manager or 2nd level interviewer for final assessment
- Provide update and report to the hiring manager on the progress of the requisition
- Coordinates with applicants on their schedule of interviews, submission of requirements, etc.
- Tasked to attend to applicant inquiries and/or application follow-up over the phone or in person as the need arises.
- Responsible in ensuring accurate information in the applicant and employee system during the on boarding stage
- Ensures pre-employment requirements has been provided and collected accordingly including medical exam on or before the candidate?s start date
- Tasked to ensure that efficient maintenance, detailed recording, and safekeeping of employee 201 files.
- Tasked to update and consolidate Recruitment reports
- Sends out daily email to accredited clinic for scheduled candidates; Follows up pending results
- Maintains database of candidates sent for Medical Exam; Records results daily; and updates previous pending results.
- Prepares documents needed for the job offer endorsement to C&B.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor?s degree in any field is a must
- At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in the staffing industry, Corporate HR, or related field is required
- Proven ability to creatively recommend sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, associations, employee referral programs, social media, internet searches and/or internal sourcing initiatives
- Strong knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
- Experience in or knowledge of Sagility client sectors is advantageous
- Willing to be in mid shift schedule
- Willing to be in a hybrid set up
