DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

SPACE PLANNING SERVICES AND FACILITIES INNOVATION

• Update sites floor plan
• Ensures that floor plans are regularly updated to support seat inventory requirement.
• Ensures project plans, drawings and specifications meet the minimum standards of company or facility requirements as well as a safe and workable layout plan for new project.
• Coordinates with WFM (Work Force Management)/ Operations for increase or decrease in seat management
• Weekly and monthly submission of project updates for CREST report.
• Monthly submission of seats reports after verification with each technical staff.
• Assist the Project Manager in space planning and creation of floor plans.
• Assist in development of technical specification and design drawings
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Site Inspections & quantity surveying.

• Prepare project schedule in line with the client requirements.
• Ensures that project deliverables are completed schedule and on time by monitoring progress work, coordinating activities and resolving problems.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel?s/vendor performance)
• Reports project status regularly.
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
• Client representation and interaction.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to aid and technical support.

GENERAL SAFETY AND SECURITY

• Secures organization?s assets by implementing Quality Information Security Management System (QISMS).
• Ensures confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information critical to fulfilling the organization?s business functions.

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:

 With competency Level in ff.:

• At least 1-2 years? experience in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) design/troubleshooting
• At least 1-2 years? experience in MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) design
• At least 1-2 years? experience in fit out construction works specifically focusing on MEPF works
• Basic knowledge in software applications such as MS Word, Outlook, and Auto CAD
• Advance Knowledge in MS Excel & MS Power point
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Understands safety, security standards and operating procedures
• Technically equipped
• Excellent in verbal, written and analytical skills

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Reports to: 

Project Manager / Director

Education and/or Experience:

• Preferably graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering or the equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• With extensive experience in inventory, quantity surveying and custodianship works
• Knowledge in UPS design and functions is an advantage

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: 

• Licensed Mechanical engineer or the equivalent
