Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee and drive the execution of tech and AI-related Engagement Practice projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Discovery Sessions & Data Gathering: Facilitate on-the-ground discovery sessions, collect and analyze data to inform solution implementation, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and overall progress, ensuring projects stay on track and objectives are met.
  • Inter-Team Coordination: Act as a key liaison across all contact center locations, fostering effective communication, managing follow-ups on action items, and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Benefit Tracking: Assess, track, and report on the potential and realized benefits of project deployments to measure impact and drive enhancements
