Job Description:
Ensures that workstations/peripherals or IT endpoints of the company are in good working conditions.
Continuously monitors IT endpoints availability for new deployment, refresh, defective replacement and make recommendation to support present & future business applications.
Install and configure basic operating system including network properties and related utilities/software packages required for personal computer system.
Handles the following:
Fixed Assets
IT Inventory HW & SW assets
Disposal of HW endpoint for obsolete & defective
Receive delivery of IT assets
Update ITAM record
Segregation of HW assets accounts, disposal (obsolete & defective)
Work At Home Asset Retrieval
IT Endpoint Asset Deployment
Deployment of HW endpoint (new & existing)
Replacement of defective HW endpoint
Image desktop and laptop (new & existing)
Troubleshoot defective HW endpoint if can be reused
Clean HW asset for next deployment
Report defective asset with warranty to local vendors
Work At Home Asset deployment
IT Endpoint Purchase Request
Endpoint HW/SW purchase request
Endpoint SW subscription purchase request
Renewal of SW subscription
Language Skills:
Good English communication and written skills.

Able to administer/use the following company standard operating system; DOS Windows; Windows 10 & 11, Chrome OS, Linux OS
Able to perform installation/configuration and troubleshooting on personal computer system components/peripherals;

Able to operate/use company standard utilities, diagnostic software and performance monitoring tools; Microsoft Deployment Tool, SCCM, McAfee (Trelix), Crowdstrike and etc.
Able to evaluates and tests hardware/software, system tool products and submit recommendations to procurement.
Customer service orientation.
Able to communicate effectively with client and vendors.
Able to generate reports using company standard.
Able to identify and explain in user friendly terms the use of various types of personal computer system/peripherals.
Able to install any IP Telephony Phones/SoftPhones such as Avaya, Cisco and etc.

Education and/or Experience:
Graduate of B.S. in Computer Engineering / Information Technology / Computer Science or any IT equivalent 4 year course.
Experience with fundamental networking concepts such as TCP/IP, WINS, ADS, NIS, DNS, subnets and/or switching
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Preferably CompTIA A+, CCNA, but not required
