DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Timely, complete and accurate payroll processing
2. Prepare supporting documents for regular payroll reports i.e. payroll worksheets, bank listing, deduction reports, FFP computation, and payroll entries as needed by payroll vendor.
3 Prepare validation report to support the accuracy of the input vs output
4. Ensure to attend the queries with the turn around time 24 hrs or less and depending on the severity of the query.
5. Prepare supporting documents needed by payroll vendor for year-end reports:
? Alpha list of withholding tax on compensation
? Prepare ERP summary ? monthly basis
6. Administration of the existing payroll set up.

General Safety and Security
? Protects the organization?s assets by upholding the principles of the Quality Information Security Management System (QISMS).
? Ensures confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information critical to fulfilling the organization?s business functions.

? Payroll Management

1. Able to submit on time and without delay payroll file to the bank
2. Maintain and control separate payroll file for proper documentation
3. Technical proficiency on database files and program support and enhancement.
4. Address specific group of employees on regular payroll matters and enhance awareness of basic payroll computations.
5. Ability to respond promptly to superior/customers and accomplish tasks within a given time frame while maintaining acceptable quality and with minimum supervision.
6. Ability to demonstrate a broad understanding of assigned work, technical and professional skills/knowledge, and application in the relevant fields of work.
