Job Description:

Education: Any bachelor?s degree
Experience: Min one year of relevant experience
Mandatory Skills:
? Able to work well with members of the division to be able to initiate and promote process improvement.
? Able to have great attention to details.
? Able to address issues and concerns related to Human Resources and/or operations of the company.
? Able to work with co-workers and management and support groups to improve communication, training and information.
? Able to help strategically position HR?s role in the organization.
? Able to contribute his perspective in manpower forecasting and planning.
? Able to gain better understanding of HR processes and services.
? Able to build trust, think reasonably and share responsibilities among the HR team and customers alike.
Roles & responsibilities:
? Responsible to lead healthcare targeted sourcing initiatives with the support of other Channel leads.
? Responsible for the initial Sourcing POC for all healthcare
? Coordinate with Job Fair organizers for schedules to create a calendar of available Job Fairs.
? Job Fair logistics, (ingress & egress)
? Plan with Recruitment team to identify which sites/accounts will participate and ensure these sites/accounts are represented
? Cost monitoring and payment processing requirements of QC and Alabang
? Vendor Management for supporting partners
? Lead the promodizer team assigned to activity
? Monitor the status of all applicants sourced from the activity
? Re-profiling
? Identify high traffic venues with a healthy pool of candidates with our required profiles
? Similar tasks to when running a Job Fair
? Coordinate with various PESO offices for Job Fair schedules and create a calendar of available Job Fair dates
? Coordinate with Schools, Student Orgs and Local Government units to establish partnerships to access potential applicant database and organize Job Fairs
? Sourcing POC for a specific account vertical.
