Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR PMO to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of key HR initiatives and projects. This role will serve as a strategic partner to the HR leadership team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and manage HR strategic initiatives and projects across functions such as Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement.
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to align project objectives.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership updates.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, track action items, and ensure accountability.
  • Standardize processes and develop templates/tools for effective project management.
  • Support budget tracking and ROI analysis for HR initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts across HR programs and processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR project management or PMO roles, preferably in a global/matrixed environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR domains and best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • PMP, Prince2, or any relevant project management certification is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in shared services or BPO/outsourcing industries.
  • Exposure to change management and organizational transformation projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
