Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR PMO to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of key HR initiatives and projects. This role will serve as a strategic partner to the HR leadership team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage HR strategic initiatives and projects across functions such as Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership updates.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Facilitate governance meetings, track action items, and ensure accountability.
- Standardize processes and develop templates/tools for effective project management.
- Support budget tracking and ROI analysis for HR initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts across HR programs and processes.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR project management or PMO roles, preferably in a global/matrixed environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR domains and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- PMP, Prince2, or any relevant project management certification is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in shared services or BPO/outsourcing industries.
- Exposure to change management and organizational transformation projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
