Tell us about your education and experience.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences with concentrations in Human Resource Management and Public Service Management. I have been working for over 20 years in different industries such as Tourism, Public Service and Finance.

What are some must-have qualities you look for in candidates applying to HGS?

A knack for customer service, verbal and written communication, and capacity for teamwork.

What would be your top tip for potential candidates?

Relax during the interview process. Imagine you’re chatting with a friend of a friend. Always show empathy and concern. Listen and always ask questions if unsure of customers’ needs or requests.

What is a question you never miss asking?

What do you know about HGS? What are your strengths? Do you prefer working alone or in a team?
