Stories @ HGS: Colette

Colette is one of our customer service representatives at HGS Canada. She has been with us for more than 10 years now. She shares with us her HGS story.

HGS: How has the journey been so far?

Colette: It has been rewarding indeed! When I first joined, I wouldn’t have predicted that my team would become like my family. If any of us needs help, the rest of us step in to help out. You feel reassured around people like that.

HGS: What about HGS do you share with those whom you refer here?

Colette: I always tell whoever is looking out, that HGS is a great place to work and progress. This is a very supportive environment with a lot of scope to grow. Like our recruiters says, we are offered a career with HGS, not a job.

HGS: What are you popular for at the office?

Colette: People know me as being willing to help wherever needed. We work as a strong team—if ever any of us is struggling with their tasks, the rest of us pitch in to help.

At HGS, teamwork is important, not only for our delivery but also for our work culture. Join us to work in a supportive and nurturing workplace.
