Our focus is on integrated, whole person solutions for aging populations and populations with health vulnerabilities including chronic conditions and behavioral health gaps. Our target market is Payors, Providers/ACOs, and LTC insurance carriers.

We leverage ?telehealth/digital/RPM analytics whole-person engagement behavior change? tools with alignment to our clients to positively impact the members/patients whose lives we have the privilege to support.

Sagility LLC has an opening for a new role within the company, Clinical Practice Director, Product Development. This is focused on owning product development efforts for our new solutions as well as bringing innovation to our legacy solutions.

The ideal candidate is a 50% thinker and a 50% do-er accountable for both conceptualizing and delivering new products.


Execute the Vision/Drive the Road Map

Works with key stakeholders to execute the long term vision and develop the roadmap for a differentiated and competitive offering in the marketplace

Communicates the product development roadmap (short, mid and long term) on a regular basis to both internal and client audiences

Coordinates with key stakeholders including Product leads with the goal of creating a ?seamless, integrated, consistent? user experience across relevant products

Work with other staff and key stakeholders to identify the best way to execute the new solutions, with primary focus over:

 * Utilization management

 * Aging in Place

 * Whole Person Care Management

"Engagement? across all new and all legacy solutions


Product Development/Execution

Actively manages the product development roadmap to deliver on go-forward plan milestones balancing these requests with investment in new capabilities that deliver on the vision for the business.

Works with technology, clinical content, and business owners to translate business requirements into user friendly and value driven features and capabilities against a predictable schedule of deliveries.

Actively seeks to derive maximum value out of internal partnerships while minimizing the costs to the business.

Identifies and pursues opportunities to add new capability partners, to increase differentiation, revenue and profitability.

Is the principal escalation point for product development issues, works to identify root cause, communicates problems, fixes and resolutions to clients and internally.


Go to Market

Builds and maintains a detailed view of competitive offerings, making sure that the sales team is fully briefed and that product strategy is developed with a detailed view of competing offerings.

Works with finance and sales to manage and adjust pricing based on market conditions and profitability goals.

Works across the organization to champion the product and find ways in which the business can bring value to a broader audience.

Works with the Training Dept. to develop and deliver training on new product features and capabilities.

With Legal, develops contract templates that accurately define SOW, standard delivery terms, invoicing, etc.

Working with marketing, helps to develop and update sales materials, web pages, presentations and RFP responses.


Ongoing Sales/Marketing Support

Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for the sales and client services teams, attends sales calls, demonstrates the products, helps to answer deep questions about the product and works to convince the client we have the best solution.


Minimum Job Requirements: (Education, Experience, Skills)

5-10 years? experience working in a product management or product development role for a SAAS company or for a SAAS-enabled healthcare services company selling to payors

Experience in the Payer services and solutions space required with deep domain knowledge of Managed Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, SNP (Special Needs Plans), and ACOs desired.

Experience working on a ?software platform? for utilization management, Care Management, Population Health, etc.

A strong understanding and experience working with data driven communication technologies such as CRM, Marketing Automation, Member/Patient Engagement, Digital Outreach is highly desired.

Population health knowledge with emphasis on engagement techniques

Track record of commercially successful product launches

Demonstrable commercial acumen and ability to manage customer expectations.

Familiarity working with claims and/or consumer data and its use in predictive modeling.

A laser focus on user experience and delivering value against use cases, plus a willingness to take risks with new ideas and bring innovative functionality to our customers.

Strong communicator who is able to take complex ideas and communicate them effectively internally, externally and using Project Management tools

Ability to create and manage project plans that address priorities, dependencies, and accountabilities.

Ability to drive products success through strong collaboration and ability to influence others across the organization

Strong and capable leader that is self-motivated and driven to win the confidence and trust of her/his peers, clients, global operations, and pursuit teams alike - establishing winning strategies, and exerting influence both internally and externally to win new business.
