Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and a proven track record of delivering high-quality visual content. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and creating compelling designs for various marketing and communication materials.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process from concept to completion for a variety of projects, including digital and print media.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative solutions that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.

  • Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.

  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, ensuring the quality and consistency of design work.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes and deliver innovative solutions.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

  • 5 plus years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on:

    • Leading design projects from concept to completion.

    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in marketing.

    • Creating a wide range of digital and print media.

    • Staying current with industry trends and best practices.

    • Managing multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects, including digital and print media.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the marketing team and other stakeholders.

  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Salary: Starting at $95K dependent on experience and location
