Sagility is currently offering a fully remote paid internship for a trainer role with our team!

Candidates must be a student at Utah State University, 18 years of age or older for the duration of the 15-week internship opportunity.

The work at home internship begins on July 7th and is expected to last for 15 weeks. July 7th through approximately August 15th will require full-time first shift attendance. After August 15th your schedule will become part-time with the flexibility to work around your class schedule. The opportunity to earn internship credits may be available in addition to hourly pay.

Hourly wage: $17.10 hourly

As a trainer intern you will learn about a key client account by attending the new hire class and:

• Take and pass all assessments required for class attendees

• Take phone calls during on-the-job training and achieve expected metrics

• Evaluate the overall training program daily for content, mock calls, trainer proficiency, and learning styles used

• Create an end of class report for what went well and what could have gone better

Preferred Skills:

• Attention to detail 

• Strong interpersonal skills 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to write effective instructional text, facilitator materials, audio and video scripts and other design documents

• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles 

• Learning management systems and virtual classroom software

Requirements:

• Reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days

• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM.

• Hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download.

• Secure, private work area at home.
